About

This busy and cosmopolitan part of the West End sits between Byres Road and the city centre.

Kelvinbridge is the name commonly used for the Great Western Bridge, constructed over the River Kelvin in the 19th century and once marking the city boundary.

To the south east, Woodlands borders Kelvingrove Park and is home to the Arlington Baths, opened in 1871 and reputed to be the oldest swimming club in the world.
